Series NRF/NRFE

These track rollers are designed for use on precision guide rails PFS, PFSH. On a shouldered pin, the one-piece outer ring is supported radially on one or two needle bearings and on two thrust needle bearings or thrust cylindrical roller bearings. The raceways of the track rollers are slightly crowned. This reduces rolling friction under high loads. The one-piece outer ring avoids “edge runners” and ensures long service life. The track rollers are also available in centric, eccentric and stainless (NIRO) designs.

Series FR 80/FRE 80, FR 90/FRE 90, FR 120/FRE 120

These track rollers have been developed for use on shaft guides as well as on steel profiles with a matching profile. They represent the most cost-effective solution for the respective application.

Series FRS 80/FRSE 80 - FRS 90/FRSE 90 FRS 120/FRSE 120

These track rollers correspond in function to series FR 90 etc. However, they were not manufactured with a threaded pin but equipped with an internal thread. They can be fastened from the carriage side using hexagon socket screws.

Series KFR/KFRE and KFRS/KFRSE

shown for completeness only. As a functional part they do not represent an economically sensible unit and should only be used where existing designs require them. Avoid for new designs.

Series PFS/PFSH

Precision guide rails PFS/PFSH are normally manufactured in induction-hardened design. The rail hardness is 60 ±2 HRC. Please enquire about stainless grades and special heat treatments.

Series PFL

Precision guide strips PFL can be manufactured in all dimensions and grades to your requirements.

Series PFW

Precision guide shafts PFW are available in various grades. They are available as solid shafts or hollow shafts with and without machining. On request we supply standard grade or stainless design, as well as grades with surface finishing. (see also shaft guidance systems)

  • Lock washer and nut are included in the scope of supply.
  • Special rollers in stainless (NIRO) design with suffix . . . VA, e.g. NFR 22 VA.
  • Track rollers are provided with a labyrinth seal on both sides.
  • Please enquire about heat-stabilised rollers.
  • Sb = lubrication facility on the thread side only from NFR/E 40.
  • * = during the transition phase, NFR/E 110 may still be supplied with a slot.

Our precision round guides are manufactured up to a diameter of 700 mm. Material selection and hardening process according to the desired properties.

In special cases it is possible to manufacture larger diameters, or to execute material grades and surface treatments to your requirements. For a necessary cost-effectiveness assessment, please contact our Technical Service.

All precision round guides can also be assembled from circular segments. It is likewise possible to manufacture individual segments for cam mechanisms.

All guide strips are manufactured to your required dimensions. Please discuss the application with us; we will be happy to advise you regarding surface finish, hardness and cost-effective rail dimensions.

In combination with guide rails series PFS / PFSH, the guide strips enable the manufacture of guides according to the fixed-bearing / floating-bearing principle.

We manufacture the guide strips to match the guide rails you use. This means the same pitch dimensions of the rollers used.

On request the guide strips can be manufactured from corrosion-resistant steel. Special surface treatments are also possible.
