IFW guide units

Guide rails of series IFW are steel/aluminium composite rails. Together with the guide carriages they form a space-saving and cost-effective linear guide.

• IFW guide unit: Guide units of series IFW are cost-effective and low-maintenance. Supply length in one piece max. 4.3 m, assembled in any desired length.; Ordering example for a rail 2.4 m long, with 2 carriages with 3 rollers each: IFW06-2400+2LW3 For low-corrosion design suffix “VA”. Carriages in special design possible. (Please enquire)
• Screw strips are not included with IFW carriages.
• Seal carriers IFW 6 + IFW 10: Seal and lubricant carrier IFW 6 + IFW 10 made of PUR have very good sealing properties with minimal wear tendency. As a modern sealing element they are suitable for carrying lubricant plates. In contact with the guideways, the lubricant plates continuously release paraffin oil over a travel distance of 5 to 10,000 km, permanently wetting the guideways. Temperature operating range from approx. -20 °C to +80 °C. Square nut not included in the scope of supply.
