At larger distances, e.g. portal guideways, the parallelism of the raceways often cannot be sufficiently ensured due to assembly inaccuracies and temperature fluctuations. In these cases the floating-bearing / fixed-bearing principle should be applied such that profile track rollers with shafts are arranged on one side and standard running rollers from the H & T range (please request catalogue) with shafts or flat rails on the other side.

Guide rails of series AFW can be supplied in any desired length. Up to a total length of 4500 mm, AFW guide rails are manufactured in one piece. For greater lengths, delivery is in sections of our choice.
