Linear ball bearings, housings, shafts, blocks, tables and seals

Linear ball bearings, linear sets and components such as shafts, supports and shaft blocks are established in machine and fixture building. Parts listed by Harhues & Teufert meet customer quality requirements and are compatible with well-known market elements. Besides catalogue items we supply special components and special machining. Linear ball bearings

Linear ball bearings are offered open and closed. Documented compact types are EXC/E (closed, with or without misalignment compensation), KH (closed) and KGC27 (single closed for EXC/E and KH), plus LME (steel shell with polymer cage), SDE (all-steel), SPM (angular-error compensation, steel pressure plates), SSE (angular-error compensation), KB (solid series) and MAM. Linear housings

Linear housings include compact tandem, duo and quattro closed for EXC/E and KH (KTGC29, KDCG, KQSGC), standard closed and open (KALGS, KALGSO), single closed and open (KG35, KGO37) also with adjustable radial clearance (KGE36, KGOE38), side-open (KGS71, KGSE72), tandem closed and open with or without adjustable radial clearance (KTG85, KTGE32, KTGO87, KTGOE34), tandem with four mounting holes (KTG85-I, KTGO87-I), quattro closed and open (KQSG, KQSO), flange single and tandem (KFG81, KTFG83) and grey cast iron closed and open, some with adjustable radial clearance (KGG65, KGGE66, KGGO67, KGGOE68).

Shafts, blocks, supports, rails

Precision shafts follow DIN ISO 13012 (types W and WH). Case-depth data follow DIN ISO 13012 or DIN 6773; recommended axial and radial tapped holes are in the catalogue. Shaft blocks in aluminium alloy: compact KWBC58, standard KWB55, flange KFWB56 and KWB57. Shaft supports in aluminium: flat 600 mm with one hole row (FKWU54-2) or double row (FKWU54-1), low KWU16, medium KWU50 (600 mm) and high KWS50. Support rails series TS are supplied fully assembled; shafts are offered in various materials.

Tables, cross members, plain bearings, seals

Linear tables LT, LTA and LTB are quattro tables, open or closed, fitted with series KB ball bushings; LTA with fixed cross member KTA, LTB with floating KTB. Cross members KTAC, KTA and KTB are aluminium alloy, bolted or movable. Linear plain bearings are open and closed, without angular-error compensation (standard) or with compensation, reduced outer diameter and crowned mid-section. Double-lip seals are available closed, open and slotted.
